Delivery

At Speedy Salvage LTD we understand that when you order a product you want it to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss so when an order is received by us we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a Saturday - Sunday or bank/ public holiday will be dispatched on the following Monday or next working day.

We dispatch all items via Courier service. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. Whilst our couriers state that most items will be delivered within next working day. These time frames it can occasionally take up to 3 days. Unfortunately once couriers collect items from us we lose any influence and control over their delivery. We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then please don't hesitate to contact us at info@speedysalvage.co.uk so that we can look into it for you. If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly please let us know in advance and we will try to make sure for next day delivery service.

International Shipping

All international shipments will be sent via a Suitable Courier or Royal MAIL 'International Signed For'. This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you would like the tracking number then please don't hesitate to contact us via email at info@speedysalvage.co.uk. Delivery times for abroad is anywhere between 3 working days to 10 working days.

Damage Goods

If your goods are received damaged, you can return them within 7 days of receipt for an exchange (Subject to availability). The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. Please contact info@speedysalvage.co.uk to inform us off the damage and please request an RMA number via our site which needs to be attached to the returned parcel.

Unwanted Goods

On the chance you order the wrong product, we will happily exchange the product for the correct item, charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. A 25% handling charge will apply, Please inform us within 7 days of receipt should you wish to do this.
